The first set of questions from Dr. Conant came in 1985 when this database began. In other words, he helped start the database, when very few people and no other doctors were doing any teaching about AIDS. Then Dr. Conant began to give lectures, once a month, to some of his patients and others interested in the subject of AIDS and AIDS care. For a long time it was not reasonable to update the questions because there was a tremendous increase in the number and scope of questions that were asked at his clinic. That original set of 10 questions is at the head of the qanda subsection here, and can be seen from here
