    The White House said it won't immediately challenge Tuesday's
 federal court ruling ordering the release of Haitian refugees
 infected with the AIDS virus.  The 158 refugees, stopped at sea as
 they fled Haiti, are to be brought into this country from a U. S. 
 naval base in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, where they have been held.
    The U. S. and three other nations agreed to push for an oil
 embargo and airline sanctions against Haiti.  French diplomats said a
 U. N. resolution probably would circulate in the Security Council
 tomorrow.  Meanwhile, a U. N. envoy launched a new effort to restore
 ousted President Aristide.
