    The U. S. government was ordered to immediately release more than
 150 Haitians held at a U. S. naval base in Cuba.  A federal judge in
 New York said the U. S. government's policy of indefinitely holding
 the Haitians, nearly all of whom have tested positive for the AIDS
 virus, is unconstitutional and violates their due process rights.
