    The health care sector showed some strength and Immune Response
 ballooned 2 1/2 to 13 1/4.  The Carlsbad, Calif., company and
 Rhone-Poulenc Rorer said their Immunization Products Ltd. joint
 venture has acquired rights for the development, manufacture and
 marketing of the SALK HIV Immunotherapeutic in Europe, Africa,
 Central America and South America.
