    Federal health officials said they have proposed adding three
 illnesses -- including invasive cervical cancer -- to a planned
 expansion of the definition of AIDS.  The proposal came after
 complaints from female AIDS activists that many diseases primarily
 affecting women haven't been included in the definition.
