    AIDS researchers said they can't explain the cause of an
 AIDS-like illness that has gained attention in the past month.
 During a meeting Friday sponsored by the Centers for Disease
 Control, scientists discussed the 30 new AIDS-like cases.  The CDC
 isn't planning to call for additional screening of the nation's
 blood supply.
