    Earvin "Magic" Johnson has threatened to quit a government
 commission on AIDS.  The basketball star, who disclosed he was
 HIV-positive last November and retired from the Los Angeles
 Lakers, blamed Bush for not giving the panel enough money to
 fight the disease and said he wouldn't endorse the president
 for re-election.
