Corrections & Amplifications A FEDERAL APPEALS COURT denied an American Dental Association request for a stay of Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations designed to protect health care workers against the AIDS virus and other bloodborne pathogens. That means the rules go into effect while the court considers an ADA challenge of them. Tuesday's Labor Letter column mischaracterized the court decision.
