    AIDS HEALTH BENEFITS were part of a package of increased
 medical coverage negotiated with major San Francisco hotels
 by the Hotel Employees and Restaurant Employees union.  An
 employer-financed AIDS fund, expected to reach $3 million by
 1994, will pay for drugs, insurance, lab fees, hospice and
 other charges.
