    HHS Secretary Sullivan has approved a draft decision to
 drop the AIDS virus from the list of illnesses that can
 prevent travelers and immigrants from entering the U. S., an
 official said.  The action follows last fall's immigration
 bill, which reversed 1987 legislation making the AIDS virus
 automatic grounds for exclusion from the U. S.
