    AIDS cases total more than seven million in Africa, far
 more than previously stated, the World Health Organization
 said.  Scientists concluded an international conference in
 Senegal by expressing disappointment with campaigns to
 educate people in poor nations about how they can prevent the
 spread of the AIDS virus.
