    A Florida dentist may have passed the AIDS virus from one
 patient to another in at least one instance, Health Secretary
 Sullivan said.  David J. Acer, who died of AIDS in September
 1990, is blamed for giving five patients the virus.
 Sullivan's comment was the first suggestion by a top federal
 official of patient-to-patient transmission by Acer.
