    An appeals court in Pennsylvania ruled that a hospital can
 warn patients treated by a doctor who tested positive for the
 AIDS virus, despite the physician's interest in preserving
 his privacy.  The decision could help clarify the issue of how
 to deal with healthcare professionals infected with the
 virus.
