    The Senate voted overwhelmingly to impose prison terms and
 fines on AIDS-infected health-care workers who perform risky
 treatments without notifying patients of the condition.  The
 lawmakers then passed another measure that all but forces
 doctors and other medical workers to be tested for AIDS.
