    Government investigators reported that some Agriculture
 Department scientists have conducted unauthorized experiments
 with human blood infected with the AIDS virus.  But the probe
 so far hasn't turned up evidence that the infected blood,
 acquired as long as seven years ago, resulted in any spread
 of the virus among humans.
