    AIDS TESTS:  Health insurance companies in New York state
 can continue to consider AIDS test results when deciding on
 applications, the state's highest court ruled.  The Court of
 Appeals affirmed without comment lower court decisions
 against a state Insurance Department regulation that had
 forbidden consideration of such tests in small-group and
 individual plans.
