    WHILE CONGRESS DITHERS over honorariums, some states
 ponder own rules.

 who get only brochures from companies about the disease are
 more likely to have negative feelings towards AIDS-afflicted
 colleagues than employees who get no information, says
 Georgia Tech researcher David Herold.  Only comprehensive
 training lessens fears, he says.
