   Surgeon General Koop said he was concerned about the
spread of the AIDS virus among teen-agers, and expressed
outrage at suggestions that the disease can't be spread
through heterosexual intercourse.  Koop, speaking before a
presidential AIDS commission, reiterated his call for
education programs beginning in elementary school.
