   Surgeon General Koop proposed anonymous screening of all
students at a U. S. university this spring to determine the
incidence of AIDS. Koop, who made the proposal on the final
day of an international AIDS conference in London, said the
school hasn't been picked but should be one in a big city and
have about 25,000 students.
