Iran and Iraq.

   The FDA has decided to formally allow Americans to import
for personal use small quantities of foreign medications that
aren't approved for sale in the U. S. The agency's
commissioner announced the policy at a conference on AIDS in
Boston.  The FDA has been criticized for failing to quickly
approve the use of new drugs, especially for AIDS.
