certain vaccines.

   The Centers for Disease Control said as many as 380,000
AIDS cases are expected in the U. S. by 1992.  The estimate by
a CDC official was presented at a global AIDS forum in
Sweden.  Separately, studies showed that breast-fed babies are
at risk of getting AIDS if their mothers are infected shortly
after giving birth.
