   HOUSTON -- Gamma Biologicals Inc. said it will acquire
exclusive world-wide marketing rights, except in Japan, for
diagnostic products developed by closely held Cytotech Inc.,
San Diego, Calif.  Gamma wouldn't disclose terms.
   Gamma, a maker of blood transfusion and testing products,
said Cytotech plans to develop products used to detect such
infectious diseases as acquired immune deficiency syndrome,
or AIDS.
